The oscillators can be shaped further through two distinctive analog filters: a 12dB/octave Steiner-Parker multimode filter and a 24dB/octave Ladder filter with distortion, giving you everything from smooth vintage tones to aggressive modern textures.

FullTouch® MPE Expression

The 61-note FullTouch® keyboard can track performance information for individual notes, opening up a much more expressive playing experience than a conventional synthesizer keyboard. Combined with PolyBrute 12’s velocity response, Morphée controller, ribbon controller, pitch bend and modulation wheel, it allows sounds to continuously react and evolve under your hands.

Powerful Morphing & Modulation

PolyBrute 12 lets you create two states within a preset and smoothly morph between them, transforming multiple parameters simultaneously. Its extensive 12 × 32 modulation matrix makes complex routing surprisingly intuitive, allowing modulation sources to control a huge range of parameters throughout the synthesizer.

Three envelopes, three LFOs and extensive modulation possibilities make PolyBrute 12 capable of everything from classic analog patches to cinematic, constantly evolving soundscapes.

Built-In Sequencing & Effects

An integrated polyphonic sequencer, arpeggiator and Matrix Arpeggiator provide powerful composition and performance tools. Sequences can extend to 64 steps, with up to three automation/modulation tracks for adding movement and variation.

PolyBrute 12 also features three stereo digital effects sections covering modulation effects, delays, reverbs and distortion treatments, allowing complete sounds to be created directly within the instrument.
